Change of State

If the state of origin selected for you during jamb registration is wrong kindly make a change in-other not to affect you when it is late

Change of Name

You name should always remain the same every time and we also advise you to stop using abbreviation while writing your name during any registration, but if you have already started using abbreviation please don’t stop it always use abbreviation till you graduated, though it is better to write your names in full, eg (ONWUAKPA OKADIGBO AUGUSTINE) because some people at-times write abbreviation or full as the case may be.

Change of Date of Birth (DOB)

Try to memorize your date of birth and maintain one date of birth despite you have done court-affidavit of date of birth and in-case your date of birth is wrongly filled for you during JAMB registration please endeavor to apply for a change because it could affect you NYSC service, once your date of birth is above nysc required DOB you will not be allowed to go for nysc service and you will be issued exception letter in-place of NYSC certificate.
