Description

  • We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team.
  • As the Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and prospecting potential customers and generating new leads for our business.
  • You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that all leads are qualified and converted into paying customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies to identify and prospect potential customers
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and industries
  • Use various channels to generate leads, including email marketing, social media outreach, and cold calling
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns
  • Qualify leads and ensure that they meet our criteria before passing them on to the sales team
  • Track and report on lead generation metrics, including lead conversion rates, pipeline value, and ROI
  • Continuously optimize lead generation campaigns to improve performance and maximize ROI

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in lead generation, preferably in a B2B setting
  • Strong understanding of lead generation best practices and trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and driving revenue growth
  • Proficiency in CRM software, email marketing platforms, and social media tools.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
