Keke Napep/Tricycle Time of Operation in Enugu State
Enugu State government said yesterday that the use of keke-napep in the state has been restricted and they now have a certain time for operation due to many report of attack on individual who are using keke-napep as a means of transportation for their daily business activities.
Enugu State commercial tricycles popularly known as Keke Napep are made to be operating at certain time of the day to enable the sate protect the life and property of people in the state.
keke-napep Operators in Enugu state has been warned vehemently to stop moving at night once it is 7pm and to resume work at 6.00am

Keke Napep operators have been warned not to operate along pedestrian-way and to always maintain their lane while driving in the state. However, Keke Napep operators and users of the affected keke tricycles are advised to curtail their movement at night to help them maintain the time frame because no keke tricycle person is exempted from the ban as long as it is keke-napep which usually convey passengers.
