Debour Nigeria Limited was incorporated on 9th of April 2001 with the Company and Allied Matters ACT 1990 to engage in Electrical Engineering Service, Mechanical Engineering Services, Building Services Engineering, H.V.A.C Services and also Design and Maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering works.

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

• We hiring a Quantity Surveyor to join our team! The Quantity Surveyor be tasked with commercial support to the project team, reviewing plans and preparing quantity estimates, negotiating with various contractors and vendors.
• Also, ensure compliance with contractual requirements, as well as building relationships with clients and site managers.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
• Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
• Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
• Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
• Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
• Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
• Traveling from the office to various sites as required.

Requirements and Qualifications

• HND / B.Sc Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Management, or similar.
• A minimum of 3 years+ experience in MEP.
• Construction estimating experience
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Sound knowledge of construction.
• Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
