Job Description

• Recruiting Life Insurance Sales Agents, training, developing and ensuring that your team meets and exceeds their monthly sales targets.
• To ensure that all Insurance Advisors are successful in their key responsibility to meet their various target.
• Implementing and execution of field marketing campaigns and work closely with your Agency manager and the sales team to promote upsell opportunities.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND, B.Agric, BEd, BSc or HND qualification with 3 – 5 years work experience.
